Nationwide has proven to be extremely competitive against other major carriers since last August when they designed their 6 high deductible health plans. Now they have taken a giant leap ahead with a new benefit design that allows even more savings.
As of June 1, 2005, your client can choose Nationwide MyChoice 2 or 5, design a plan using the benefits shown below, insert a $500 HRA after the deductible and see extreme savings. We can show you how!!
Employers can design benefits with:
$500, $750 or $1000 deductible
75%, 70%, 60% or 50% coinsurance
Choose whatever co-pays for office visit and prescriptions you desire

Rate increases...
Many brokers talk about the “dreaded July” rate increases. Typically, we expect new rates from Blue Shield, PacifiCare, Nationwide and Aetna.
Remember, even though the carrier may be increasing rates, there is always another viable option for your client. Take this opportunity to use our Online Quoting System and shop the high deductible market to see what is out there for your clients.
Tip of the week...
When loading a proposal, you must always enter a current premium amount. If you leave it blank, you will receive a system error and cannot continue past that page.
