We have extended our Customer Service hours...
We are excited
to announce that as of Monday, March 13, 2006, our Customer Service hours
have been extended to
7am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. We wanted to
reach out to our members who do not have access to the phone during
normal
business hours. This is just another way BEN-E-LECT continues to be a
leader in customer satisfaction.
May 1, 2006 is approaching quickly and with it, your client's focal renewal...
You will be
receiving your focal renewal package around March 15, 2006. As
always, we will be ready to prepare our
premium comparison
reports for your existing BEN-E-LECT clients who
are affected by it. All you have to do is
fax your client's focal
information, including their past and present premium, to us at
559-733-2325.
Your clients
will be receiving their packets around March 20, 2006, so the sooner you get the
information back to us,
the sooner you will be able to get this exceptional
sales tool back to your client.
Keep in mind,
BEN-E-LECT is also an excellent choice for those clients of yours that are fed
up with the ever-increasing
rates and have not yet seen a BEN-E-LECT
proposal. Simply fax your clients focal information to our marketing
department
