A Medicare part D deadline is approaching and this could be your last
reminder about the focals...

Employers with Medicare Part D eligible employees, dependents or retirees, must notify The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services that their coverage is
creditable by 3/31/06. Attached is a pdf outlining the CMS published guidelines and a link to the electronic notification form.
