The Freedom Plans


What It Is

True freedom for Employers and employees.

The Freedom Dental Plans, which can be Employer paid or 100% Voluntary, let Employers offer one plan or up to 10 plans from which each employee may choose his or her own plan. In addition, employees can choose the PPO network that works best from multiple PPOs available.

Employer Paid

The Employer can set its budget then allow employees to buy up or down to fit the employee's need. The employer can pay as little as 50% of the premium for the lowest cost plan or the Employer can pick just one plan and pay all of the premium for the employee.

Voluntary

Employers can allow employees to pick from up to 10 different plans designs. Employees can decide how much they want to pay for the benefits they want for their family. Then choose the PPO network that has the providers the empoyees like. Total Freedom for both Employer and employees.
