Claims Flow
How BEN-E-LECT processes a Freedom Plan dental claim.
1. Identify yourself
and show the BEN-E-LECT ID card.
2. Dentist will send bill to BEN-E-LECT where it will be quickly processed.
3. BEN-E-LECT will issue a check to the dentist and send the BEN-E-LECT Explanation of Benefits
(EOB) to the member.
