The Freedom Plans


Why it Works

The Freedom plans work because one plan often does not fit all. Now Employers can offer 10 plans either 100% Voluntary or the Employer can contribute to the cost in any amount it chooses.

It works because now one plan offers benefits:
:: as high as $2500 per year
:: as low as $750 per year
:: with choice of plans in between
:: with direct reimbursement as well as traditional Co-insurance plans
:: where an Employer can set the amount it wants to contribute
:: for Employer paid plans where the employer can pay
    as little as 50% of the lowest employee premium
:: for voluntary plans where employers can pay as little as nothing
:: where all plans are available for groups of 2 or more

And that's freedom!
