Claims Flow
How BEN-E-LECT processes a Eagle Plan vision claim.
1. 
Identify yourself and show the Eagle Vision ID card.
2. 
Optometrist will send bill to OptiCare where it will be quickly processed.
3. 
OptiCare will issue a check to the Optometrist and send the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) to the member.
